Design a Kite

The month of April is a perfect time to go fly a kite! At Silver Creek we have had Catapult building challenges and Puff Cars. Now we are challenging our student engineers to design and build a kite. There are loads of ideas on the internet and I know many of you have your own ideas.  Plan, build, test and adapt your kite design and then take a photo or video of it  to send to me so I can share it with others. Send me your photos to kmazur@sd83.bc.ca. Next month we will be challenging you to design and build an outdoor shelter for an animal (real or make believe) using outdoor materials.
