Happy Holidays

All of us at Silver Creek wish you a safe and happy Christmas break. This year is like no other and we miss the bustle of concert preparation and having parents and guests coming in and out to celebrate and help out during the holiday season. However, the students are busy with their school projects and the holiday season can be felt across the school. We will have our annual Christmas dinner with students only this year on Friday December 19. Our basket raffle is slowly coming together with each classroom bringing in themed gifts for their basket. Tickets will be go on sale soon. We are also gathering food items for 3 Christmas hampers so drop off what you can. We are learning and practicing the virtue of compassion this month.

Christmas holidays can be an emotional and upsetting time for many of our students and families, especially those impacted by Covid 19 and isolation. We remind each other daily to reach out if you need support, be kind to one another and connect with loved ones even if from a distance. This too, shall pass. Best wishes to you all.
