Last Week before Winter Break – Information
Hello Everyone!
Please see the important dates and details for our last week before winter break:)
1. Food Hamper Donations
Our classes are finishing a food drive of non-perishable food items and toiletries. We are collecting items until Wednesday December 20th. Please feel free to send items to school with your child or drop them at the school when you have a chance.
All items collected assist families in our Silver Creek Community.
2. Turkey Luncheon @ the SCR Hall Thursday December 21 – 11:45am
Turkey Luncheon Deadline ($5 per person) December 19th. Cash, cheque or etransfer to scr@sd83.bc.ca Please reach out to the principal for confidential support for this fee. We are happy to help!
2. Last Week before Break
Monday 18 – Creative Hat Day
Tuesday 19th – Funky/Ugly or Fun Sweater Day, Fun Learning Times with our I.E.W.
Wed. 20th – PJ Day – Fun Activity Rotations
Thurs. 21st – Snazzy – dress up nicely for Turkey Luncheon (@ SCR Community Hall)

Thursday December 21, 2023 – Last Day before Winter Vacation
Winter Vacation – Dec. 22 to Jan. 5, 2024
Monday January 8, 2024 – First day back to class
