Math Workshop at Silver Creek

We had about 25 people join us to learn how the new math curriculum builds on critical concepts throughout Kindergarten to grade 12. Principal Val Edgell along with Silver Creek teachers,  Samantha West and Alexa Klassen, led a hands on demonstration of how a solid understanding of math concepts develops and grows in complexity as students go through each  grade. Mathematical understanding will be our school goal next year.
